REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPORT OF VEHICLES

PANAMANIAN, FOREIGNERS AND DIPLOMATICS

All the original documents of the vehicle are requested, among which we can mention:
1. Title of Property
2. Legal Registration of the Vehicular Property
3. Certificate of Vehicular Inspection (revised vehicular)
4. Municipal Inscription
5. Authenticated Letter of Authorization (by a certified notary) crediting our Custom Broker to process the export documents of the vehicle
6. Photocopy of an Identification or passport
7. Diplomatics: Letter of the Ministry of External Relations of Panama indicating the export of the vehicle and Letter of the Embassy confirming your position and the export of the vehicle.

Note: All the vehicles to be exported cannot have pending cases neither with the local authorities of the Traffic Vehicular nor with the Municipality. The vehicle has to go through an inspection of the department of the Judicial Technical Police (PTJ) which verify the truthfulness of the documents against the physical numbers of the motor and chassis.
